Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use Framio Studio. The service is not directed to children under 16, and you must not use it if you are under 16. Paid purchases may require you to be the age of majority where you live.

Framio Studio provides AI-assisted portrait and image-generation software. Results can vary and may contain errors, distortions, or unexpected visual artifacts. We do not guarantee that every generation will preserve an exact likeness or meet subjective expectations.

Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must not share, sell, or abuse account access.

You retain the rights you hold in uploaded content. You grant Framio Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and produce the results you request.

You must own each image you upload or have permission from its owner and every depicted person. Do not upload an image unlawfully, without consent, or in a way that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

Facial images are processed only as needed to create the portrait results you request. Framio Studio does not claim to perform biometric identification or authentication.

You must not use Framio Studio for illegal content; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual content involving minors; harassment, threats, or hate; fraud, identity deception, or harmful impersonation; infringement of privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights; bypassing security or credit systems; automated abuse; or resale of account access.

Framio Studio does not claim ownership of eligible outputs you generate. Subject to these Terms, you may use and commercialise eligible outputs, subject to applicable law, AI-provider restrictions, and third-party rights.

We do not warrant that you own copyright in an output or that it qualifies for copyright protection. Outputs are not exclusive, and similar results may be produced for others. AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected similarities. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable entitlement to use specified service operations. They are not money and have no cash value. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Plans and top-ups

Starter is $15 per month for 500 credits and 1 Persona; Pro is $29 per month for 2,000 credits and 5 Personas; Studio is $69 per month for 4,000 credits and 20 Personas. Top-up packs are $9 for 300 credits, $24 for 900 credits, and $49 for 2,000 credits.

Operation costs

Core looks cost 75 credits, Standard looks 100 credits, Signature looks 150 credits, and 4K upscale an additional 50 credits. Signature looks require an active Pro or Studio plan. Edits and regenerations depend on the selected operation. The cost is shown before submission. A verified technical failure may qualify for credit restoration under our Refund Policy.

Framio Studio previews Starter, Pro, and Studio subscription concepts, but checkout and live subscription renewal are not active. Final checkout terms, renewal disclosures, and cancellation controls will be presented before paid launch and require human legal review.

Framio Studio does not currently offer checkout or accept live subscription or top-up payments. A payment provider, purchase terms, tax handling, receipts, and refund workflow will be disclosed before checkout is enabled. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict or suspend access for abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or insecure use, including attempts to bypass service controls. Closing an account may permanently remove access to content, history, and unused service entitlements, subject to applicable law. We process deletion requests and remove or schedule account-linked image content for deletion under our operational deletion process, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Maintenance, outages, queue delays, provider limits, and feature changes may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Framio Studio is provided on an “as available” basis; nothing here excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will update the date above and communicate material changes appropriately.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right may apply depending on where you live. Immediate digital-service performance may require express prior consent and acknowledgement during checkout before that right is affected; the result depends on applicable law and the purchase flow.
