Acceptable Use & Content Policy
This Acceptable Use & Content Policy explains what is and is not allowed on Framio Studio.
1. Core rule
Use Framio Studio only for lawful, consensual, personal-branding, profile, social media, dating, portfolio, and similar image use cases. Do not use the Service to deceive, exploit, impersonate, harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
2. Consent requirements
You may upload photos only if you are the person in the photos, or you have clear permission from every person shown, and you have the rights needed to upload and process the photos. You must not upload photos of minors.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload, create, request, or share content that involves minors; non-consensual intimate, sexual, nude, or exploitative content; impersonation, catfishing, fraud, or identity deception; harassment, threats, humiliation, stalking, or blackmail; illegal activity or instructions to commit illegal activity; hateful, extremist, discriminatory, or abusive content; stolen images, copyrighted images without permission, or rights-infringing material; attempts to bypass content filters, safety rules, credits, payment controls, rate limits, or storage limits; or automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks on the Service.
4. Enforcement
We may block uploads, reject prompts, remove content, restore or deny credits, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report activity to authorities where legally required or appropriate. We may take action based on automated systems, manual review, user reports, provider warnings, payment risk signals, or legal requests.
